Fabrizio Romano provides latest update on Jules Kounde & Saul Niguez transfer situation

Fabrizio Romano has provided a transfer update on Chelsea targets Jules Kounde and Saul Niguez. According to the sports journalist, the Blues are still looking for a green light on Kurt Zouma's move to West Ham in order to secure the transfer of Kounde. Saul's transfer is also in progress amid Manchester United links.
