What to expect from FC Barcelona during the upcoming season

As the new season is starting, Barcelona has done quite a good job by signing players like Malcom,Arthur Melo, Clement Lenglet and Arturo Vidal. They have also said goodbye to Aleix Vidal, who joined his ex club Sevilla, Lucas Digne joined Everton, Andre Gomes was loaned to Everton as well, Paulinho also joined his ex club and most importantly Andres Iniesta. But the Catalan club has found a replacement for Andres. It's Philippe Coutinho, whom the club signed from Liverpool in January after failing to sign during last summer transfer window. Last season Coutinho couldn't help Barcelona in the Champions League because of being included in Liverpool's squad list, but this year he is able to play.
The new signing Arthur has also been compared to Iniesta. Of course he is still young but he has the potential to reach Iniesta's level.
This season's main priority for Barcelona is to win the Champions League because they haven't won it 3 years in a row. In La Liga, their main rival Real Madrid not only said goodbye to their best player Cristiano Ronaldo, but also their coach Zinedine Zidane. New coach Lopetegui has a lot of things to prove, after being sacked from a role of a Spanish national team just one day before the start of the World Cup. So Real will continue to be a threat both in La Liga and Champions League. Atletico Madrid, on the other hand, also can be seen as a threat, after signing  World Cup winner Thomas Lemar and having Saul, Diego Godin and Diego Costa in the squad. Yesterday they beat Real Madrid 4-2 to win UEFA Super Cup. Barcelona, as mentioned, will start the season without their captain and one of the best player Andres Iniesta. The first captain from now on will be Lionel Messi. After the World Cup, having failed to reach the final, Messi is hungry for trophies and goals. He is one of the most decorated players in football history, having won 33 trophies throughout his carrier. This season might also be the season when Dembele will show his worth of being called a Barcelona player. The youngster joined Barcelona last season, after Catalans said goodbye to Neymar Jr. It seemed like Dembele is the one who can replace Neymar but unfortunately he got injured and couldn't show his best play for Catalans. But after the World Cup, having played and scored in the Spanish Supercup, it feels like he will play as he used to. The Catalan club seems not to have any problems with the goalkeepers, as first choice Marc - Andre ter Stegen doesn't disappoint his fans and teammates. But, on the other hand, second choice goalkeeper Jasper Cillessen, also plays very good and sometimes it feels like he is way better for just being a second choice. And there were rumors about him leaving Barcelona. He had been linked with moves to Chelsea, Liverpool, etc. If Barcelona manage to win La Liga it will be the 26th, Copa del Rey 31th, which is a record, and Champions League 6th times. If the club manages to win all of the three, which is known to be called as treble, they will be the only club to do it three times. First time they won the treble was in 2008/09 under Pep Guardiola. Second was under Luis Enrique in 2014/15 season. From the new season, fans can also expect the return of their favorite 4-3-3 formation. Ernesto Valverde loved to use 4-4-2 but Barcelona is known more for its attacking play. Here is our predicted line-up for the upcoming season.
