Ex-Sevilla boss Joaquin Caparros has been announced as a new head coach of Armenia National Team,
Armenian Football Federation have announced.
Caparros replaced Abraham Khashmanyan and signed a contract until November of 2021.
The 64-year-old specialist managed Villareal, Sevilla, Athletic Bilbao, Levante, Granada and other 16 teams during his managerial career.
Caparros managed 1048 games and won 436 of those, drawing 276 and losing 336. His winning rate is 41.60%.
The first game under Caparros Armenia National Team will play against Uzbekistan on March 26 and against Kazakhstan on March 30.
