Arsenal star Bukayo Saka has shared his high praise for Manchester City star Kyle Walker after the player the the PFA award ceremony.
Five Citizens, including Ruben Dias, John Stones, Rodri, Kevin De Bruyne, and Erling Haaland were named the in the official PFA Team of the Year. Haaland also claimed the prestigious PFA Player of the Year award.
Saka, who had a standout season, was chosen as the PFA Young Player of the Year. When asked by GOAL to construct a 'perfect footballer' during an interview after receiving his award, he expressed admiration for a specific Manchester City player, Kyle Walker, even though this player wasn't present at the ceremony and wasn't among the Team of the Season or individual award nominees.
Saka, when creating his ideal footballer, selected Kevin De Bruyne for the 'right foot,' acknowledging the Belgian's genius. He chose himself for the 'left foot.' For 'speed,' he opted for his Arsenal teammate Gabriel Martinelli.
Surprisingly, for 'strength,' Saka picked Walker, noting, "So strong, man, Wow." To complete his perfect footballer, Saka selected Martin Odegaard's 'IQ.'
