West Ham United are reportedly interested in signing Manchester City midfielder Kalvin Phillips during the upcoming summer transfer window.
According to 90min, David Moyes sees the England international as a potential addition to strengthening his midfield, especially considering uncertainties surrounding the future of Declan Rice.
After his move from Leeds United to Etihad in the summer of 2022, the 27-year-old has failed to establish himself in Pep Guardiola’s pecking order due to constant injuries and fitness issues.
Although not being a regular starter, the midfielder has still achieved success, winning the Premier League, FA Cup, and Champions League titles in his debut season with the Cityzens.
The Hammers are not the only club monitoring the City misfit's services as fellow league rival Newcastle are also in the race.
However, as per recent sources, Phillips has made a decision to remain with the newly crowned European champions in the upcoming campaign and fight for his spot in the squad and get more minutes under the Spaniard manager.
