Versatile defender to leave Manchester United

Photo/Nathan Stirk/Getty Images Versatile defender Matteo Darmian is set to leave Manchester United in the summer transfer window. The 29-year-old joined United for €18m from Torino in 2015, however, struggled for regular playing time. Inter, Juventus and Roma have all been linked with Darmian but he could instead be going to Spain. According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Darmian’s representatives met with Valencia directors in Milan today and a switch to the Mestalla is on the cards. Manchester United want around €10m  for Italy International.
