Tottenham Hotspur have strongly been linked with a move for the Sporting Lisbon defender Pedro Porro.
Fabrizio Romano claimed that the deal won't be possible this month because the Portuguese side is pushing for a price of around €45 million.
However, as the transfer insider reports, the 23-year-old may become available at the end of the current campaign for a more affordable price if the Sporting's position change in the coming summer.
The Lions won't allow the right back to depart in January except if his €45 million release clause is fully satisfied.
Meanwhile, Barcelona, alongside fellow La Liga rival Atlético Madrid, are closely monitoring the Spaniard's situation.
