TOP 15 players Chelsea are targeting with £150m to spend in the summer transfer window

Frank Lampard is nearing to an end of his first season as Chelsea boss. The specialist enjoyed a good season; however, the lack of new additions caused some problems for the former England international. In the summer, Chelsea did not sign any players due to the transfer ban handed by FIFA. However, ahead of the January transfer window, CAS reduced transfer ban. Lampard reportedly handed £150m to spend, but the Blues again ended transfer window without new additions. Now, they are expecting to have the same amount of money for new signings during the upcoming summer transfer window. Here is a strong shopping list of 15 players for Chelsea. Timo Werner RB Leipzig star Werner has been on the radar of several clubs. According to reports, Werner has a £51m release clause in his contract. The player has previously stated his interest in the Premier League but favours a move to Liverpool.
