Saudi Pro League clubs are still keen to pursue Romelu Lukaku, despite the player's eagerness to remain in Serie A.
The Blues manager Mauricio Pochettino revealed that he anticipates Romelu Lukaku's departure from Chelsea during the current transfer window. The Argentine also revealed that the club are actively seeking to strengthen their squad by targeting a central midfielder. Additionally, due to Wesley Fofana's unfortunate injury setback, the club may also explore the possibility of signing a center-back.
Juventus have reportedly prepared a deal for the Belgium international. The 30-year-old gained significant attention in Serie A during his loan spell in Champions League contenders Inter Milan. Despite initial efforts to keep Lukaku in the club, the Nerazzurri are reportedly upset with the player's talks with Juventus and have pulled out of the race.
The Italian side offer €37.5m with €2.5m in add-ons for Lukaku, as per transfer expert Mauricio Pochettino. Juventus' valuation mathes Chelsea’s €40m price tag. However, it is seen that the club's offer will only be valid if they manage to sell Dusan Vlahovic before August 4.
