Real Madrid player is linked with a move to Stamford Bridge

As Real Madrid's Aurelien Tchouameni is expected to depart from the Spanish giants this summer, Chelsea have established themselves as one of the clubs interested in his services. 

According to the Spanish outlet Fichajes incoming manager Mauricio Pochettino is keen to add the 23-year-old defensive midfielder to the Blues' squad. The London club has already presented a €80 million (£68m) proposal to Carlo Ancelotti's side.

If this deal succeeds, Real Madrid must prepare for a future without Modrić and Kroos, and another highly talented midfielder. This fact might pose a dilemma for the Spainards, although the club has made a remarkable signing just recently by welcoming Jude Bellingham from Borussia Dortmund. 

Despite some inconsistency in his debut season at Santiago Bernabeu, Tchouameni possesses immense potential and showcased his brilliance in France's recent World Cup run to the final. As a world-class talent, the 23-year-old has the necessary qualities to evolve into a top-class midfielder under the Argentine manager next season.
