Manchester City announced on Monday, July 4, the signing of Kalvin Phillips from Leeds United. Phillips has signed a 6-year-old contract with City.
Following his transfer, the England international took to Instagram to react to his move.
He wrote: "So proud to join one of the best clubs in the world. Can’t wait to keep on challenging myself and learn from the best along the way 🙌🏽💙 @mancity."
He received many messages in the comments section, one of which was from his Leeds teammate Raphinha, who replied: "All the best my bro ❤️💪🏾🔥."
