Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola reportedly wants to sign three players this summer despite overseeing the club's longest winning run. City have won their last 21 matches in all competitions following Tuesday's 4-1 victory over Wolves. Transfer expert Duncan Castles claims Guardiola also wants to sign a new left-back and holding midfielder. "A striker is not the only area that Guardiola wants them to strengthen in," Castles said on the Transfer Window podcast. "He wants defensive reinforcements again, I'm told a left-back is a priority, and he wants reinforcements in midfield. "There you have Fernandinho going out of contract and a player capable of filling in for him and strengthening what are already impressive midfield resources is on their agenda for the summer window."
