Mikel Arteta has spoken out on Gabriel Jesus being left out of the Brazil squad.
Brazil national team have named their squad for September friendlies and the Gunners trio Jesus, Gabriel Martinelli and Gabriel Magalhaes were left out of the squad.
Tite's side are preparing to face Ghana and Tunisia on September 23 and September 27, respectively.
"I haven’t," Arteta said during a press conference ahead of Brentford clash on Sunday, when asked if he had been given any reason for Jesus not being in the squad.
"What I have to do is try to convince the players that they have to continue to do that – put their head down and accept the decision made by the coach of the national team.
"And give [Tite] even more reasons if necessary, that it is so evident that they have to be selected.
"That is the way the boys reacted and there is nothing else to comment."
