Mauricio Pochettino has been quizzed on Reece James ahead of Blackburn Rovers.
Chelsea prepare to face Rovers in the EFL Cup round of 16 on Wednesday, November 1, 2023.
Ahead of the game, Pochettino spoke at a press conference and revealed that James is going to start.
"I can confirm he is going to start. I want to confirm only one player but it is good for the team, it is good for him to start from the beginning of the game," said Pochettino.
James has returned from a hamstring injury and he has made just two appearances following his return. The 23-year-old played 6 minutes against Arsenal and 23 minutes against Brentford.
