Manchester United midfielder Marcel Sabitzer drops a hint about his future stay at Old Trafford after spending roughly 3 months at the club.
"The situation will be assessed in the summer," told Sabitzer via Bild, "But I can say for myself, I have found my place here. I know the Premier League now and I can say there is nothing better, more intense and tougher".
The 29-year-old joined Erik ten Hag's side on a six-month loan deal from Bayern Munich in January and has recently confirmed that his parent club has not taken any measures for a move, yet. He has made a good impression by scoring 3 goals in 16 appearances, including a brace against Sevilla in the Europa League.
United boss Ten Hag has praised the player's fantastic impact on the team and believes that he has adjusted well to the Premier League. Sabitzer himself is also keen on staying at United, stating that the club is bigger than his former teams, including Bayern Munich, and he is proud to be a part of it. He has also acknowledged the passionate fan base at Old Trafford and enjoys being a part of the club.
The question remains whether he has done enough to secure a permanent contract.
