Manchester United have confirmed that their Europa League game against Sheriff Tiraspol will go ahead as scheduled on Thursday.
This week's Premier League games have been postponed as a mark of respect to Queen Elizabeth II following her death on September 8.
However, the Red Devils confirmed that their UEL group stage game against Tiraspol will go ahead as planned.
A statement from United reads: "Following discussions with the relevant governing bodies and in line with guidance issued by the UK Government, we can confirm our UEFA Europa League fixture against FC Sheriff will take place as scheduled on Thursday evening in Moldova. Match arrangements will remain the same for fans who are traveling to support the team in Chisinau."
United suffered a defeat in their Europa League opener with a 1-0 score against Real Sociedad.
