Liverpool close to signing highly-rated youngster

Liverpool are reportedly leading the race to sign Coventry City defender Sam McCallum, according to 90min. The 19-year-old left-back has been linked with Leicester, Chelsea and Manchester United. McCallum joined League One side, Coventry, from non-League club Herne Bay in the summer of 2018. Last season he made eight appearances, this season so far, he has made 19 appearances.
