Journalist thinks Crystal Palace might let player go this summer

Tom Barclay supposes that Crystal Palace will let Christian Benteke go this summer transfer window. The Belgian only signed a new deal with the club in June, yet Palace might allow him leave if they get another striker. Despite his exceptional performances for Palace last term, Benteke has been getting only few minutes this season. Patrick Vieira is well known for his admiration for Eddie Nketiah, whose Arsenal contract expires in summer. Speaking to GiveMeSport, the journalist has claimed.

"Even if it’s not Nketiah, if it’s another striker they could bring in, just a numbers game, maybe that could free up letting Benteke go.” said Barclay.
