Michael Owen has shared his high praise for William Saliba following the player's display for Arsenal against Brentford.
The Gunners celebrated a 3 - 0 win over the rivals in the Premier League on Sunday. Saliba opened the score in the 17th minute to give Mikel Arteta's side the lead.
“Saliba’s goal is a brilliantly-timed run," Owen told PremierLeague.com, via HITC.
"He nips in ahead of Toney and there’s no one on the back post – how many times do we see a goal go in there when it could easily be stopped? It’s a lovely deft header but the timing of the run makes it.”
After the match, Arsenal are leading the Premier League table with 18 points.
