Football superstar Lionel Messi has reacted to Pep Guardiola's latest achievement with Manchester City.
The Argentina international, who used to play under the guidance of Guardiola in Barcelona, shared his high praise for the Catalan man, claiming the City boss is the best coach in the world.
Messi went on to confirm that he keeps in touch with is former boss and is happy to see him reaching new highs in his managerial career.
“I talk a lot with Guardiola and kept frequent contact. I'm very happy with what he's achieved, [winning] the Champions League," the Inter Miami forward said, via Mirror.
"He's the best coach in the world although didn't have to win this UCL to prove it, but [it is] an achievement he deserves," Messi added.
