Wolves midfielder Joe Hodge has received encouraging words from manager Gary O'Neil regarding his future at the club.
Despite not featuring in any Premier League matches under O'Neil's leadership, Hodge expressed his desire for more game-time during the international break and even hinted at a potential January departure if the situation didn't improve.
The 21-year-old's frustration is understandable, especially considering his initial aspirations to become a regular starter at Molineux, a goal he set during Julen Lopetegui's tenure before the coach's departure.
Addressing the situation, the manager clarified that he has "no issue with Joe Hodge whatsoever" and noted that the midfielder has been dealing with injury problems.
While the midfielder's path to more playing time may be challenging, it appears that O'Neil is keen on keeping him in his' plans.
