Gary Neville predicts whether Harry Kane is going to leave Tottenham this summer

Tottenham striker Harry Kane is unlikely to opt for a move to Bayern Munich in the upcoming summer, according to Gary Neville.

The pundit shared his thoughts on Kane's future during a discussion on The Overlap's latest fan debate. He delved into the subject of where the player might end up.

Currently, Kane's future at Tottenham is uncertain, with Bayern Munich making efforts to secure the 30-year-old's signature this season. The Daily Mail's recent report mentioned that Spurs turned down the German side's latest offer of approximately £86 million for Kane.

It remains to be seen whether Bayern will make another improved offer after some suggestions that their most recent attempt could be their final bid. However, Gary Neville expressed that he would be surprised if Kane completed a transfer to Germany this summer.

During his conversation on The Overlap, Neville indicated that he finds it hard to believe Kane would leave the Premier League, primarily because Kane is actively pursuing Alan Shearer's goal-scoring record.

“I’m hoping they’re [Manchester United] watching what’s happening, they’re seeing that a £86 million deal might get agreed with Bayern Munich and Kane goes ‘I’m not going’," he said, via TBR Football.

"I might be wrong here, I’ve no idea and I have no contact with Harry Kane whatsoever. I’ll be stunned if Kane goes to Bayern Munich.

“If he doesn’t want to break that Premier League goalscoring record, I’ll be absolutely stunned if he goes to Bayern. They are a huge club by the way, but I just don’t see that.”
