Fabrizio Romano provides fresh update on Chelsea's pursuit of Arsen Zakharyan

Fabrizio Romano has provided a transfer update on Arsen Zakharyan amid Chelsea transfer links. 

The Blues were close to signing the Dynamo Moscow midfielder during the summer transfer window. However, the deal didn't materialize. The personal terms were agreed but the two sides didn't reach an agreement over the move. 

Romano claims Chelsea have not cooled down their interest in Zakharyan and consider him a potential target for the near future.
