Moises Caicedo is strongly linked with a move to Arsenal according to recent reports.
The Gunners have made the second bid for the Premier League star worth £70m with add-ons included which immediately got rejected by Brighton.
As Fabrizio Romano reported, the North Londoners are heavily keen to get the 21-year-old's services until the transfer window closes, however, Albion “still 100% not selling” the midfielder.
Speaking exclusively to CaugthOffside column, the Italian insider claimed that Caicedo 'would love' to make an EMirates move as it's his biggest dream to join a top team.
“Caicedo would love to join Arsenal, he wants a top club move this January as it was his biggest dream.
“Still, in my experience, Brighton will not change their stance just because of player statement: it has to be a very good proposal according to their position, otherwise they are prepared to fight and keep the player.” Romano added.
