Cristiano Ronaldo has shared a video of him getting a ice-cold cryotherapy session in Dubai.

Manchester United are set to be back to action on Friday and are ste to face Middlesbrough in the FA Cup.

And ahead of the return it seems that Ronaldo is getting ready.

The 36-year-old superstar posted a video of him stripping down to recover from a gruelling training session.
