Bayern Munich are reportedly attempting to sign Manchester City's Leroy Sane "on the cheap".
The Bundesliga champions have been heavily linked with the 24-year-old past summer, however the move to the Allianz Arena failed when the winger suffered a serious knee injury in the Community Shield against Liverpool.
Sane's current deal with the Citizens is set to expire next summer, and as Manchester Evening News claim, Bayern believe that they could sign him for a cut-price fee ahead of next season. Hans-Dieter Flick's side are sure that the coronavirus pandemic will "depress the football transfer market", making it easier for them to agree a smaller fee for the attacker.
