Barcelona could be open to hearing offers for their young winger Ferran Torres, who has gained the interest of several Premier League clubs, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Arsenal, Newcastle United and Aston Villa are the three English clubs that have shown interest in the 23-year-old Spaniard. While Howe's and Arteta's sides are keen to acquire the young talent on loan, the Villans are keen on a permanent deal.
According to multiple reports, Barcelona is actively looking to offload certain players from their squad, and Torres is among those who could be sold by the club. The young player still has four years remaining on his contract with Barcelona.
Writing in his exclusive column for CaughtOffSide, the transfer expert revealed that there are no direct talks or plans of approaching the La Liga giants as of now. Although the Spanish side may entertain offers, selling Torres without his consent will present a challenging situation for the club.
Torres is currently seen to not be in favor of leaving Nou Camp. Since his £55 million transfer from Manchester City a year and a half ago, he has scored 23 goals in 71 appearances across various competitions.
