Arsenal are keeping tabs on Newcastle goalkeeper Freddie Woodman ahead of the January transfer window, according to The Mirror.
The 21-year-old made his lone appearance for the Magpies in an FA Cup match last season, and the third-choice goalkeeper has featured in just one matchday squad.
Woodman has spent time on loan with Hartlepool, Crawley Town, Kilmarnock and Aberdeen, and he wanted to leave St James’ Park on a temporary basis once again earlier this year.
Celtic, Fulham, Leeds United and Arsenal are named in the report as having watched Woodman, who received the Golden Glove award for best goalkeeper when England won the Under-20 World Cup last year.
