Ange Postecoglou has appointed Chries Davies as assistant manager and Mile Jedinak as an assistant coach at Tottenham Hotspur after taking up his managerial role at Tottenham officially on July 1.
The Spurs interim coach Ryan Mason is also included in the coaching team, after being replaced by the Australian manager. Matt Wells and Bob Burch also remain along the professionals working at the Tottenham Spurs Stadium.
"It's hugely important," said Postecoglou via SPURSPLAY. "If we're going to do all these things that will hopefully provide a team that excites and wins things then off the field, we have to make sure that the players have everything they need, starting with the coaches, which is one of the most important aspects".
The new Spurs manager highlighted that he loves to play with new people and not have a "traveling band" of coaches. He also joked about getting old so having a team that consist of young players and specialists is necessary. “We've got guys who know this football club really well in Ryan, Matt and Rob, coming through the Academy, so they know the whole Spurs experience and what it means. It's great to have them".
