UEFA could benefaction AC Milan a settlement agreement on Financial Fair Play, but instead, they may take this season’s European Prize money as a fine, according to La Repubblica.
AC Milan were initially barred from the Europa League for failing to meet FFP criteria, but a change of ownership and an appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport saw them reinstated.
The report suggests, the governing body may grant a settlement agreement, but could also levy a fine on the club.
That fine would be imposed by confiscating the prize money Milan would be due from this season’s Europa League.
