Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale recently made light of losing his starting position to David Raya in recent weeks.
Ramsdale had been the primary goalkeeper for Arsenal over the past two years, displacing Bernd Leno after his transfer from Sheffield United in 2021. However, he found himself on the bench for a match last month, with Raya taking over the starting goalkeeper role under Mikel Arteta.
In a humorous video with some of his England teammates, Ramsdale joked about not winning much lately. The video featured Ramsdale and Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah playing a game of "Carrot in a Box."
When discussing this fun activity, Nketiah shared their lighthearted banter on Channel 4, via Football London:
"I think that's going to be his downfall, to be honest, he wants to win too much," he said, to which Ramsdale replied: "I do want to win. I haven't won much recently."
