"Embarrassing, absolutely laughable"- Liverpool fans fume over latest transfer update

Liverpool fans have been reacting to the latest transfer update reagrding Timo Werner, and they do noot seem to be happy about that. Football journalist David Maddock has tweeted revealing that the Reds “refuse” to pay Werner’s £50 million release clause and will “turn their back” on the deal unless the price is dropped dramatically. The 24-year-old has been in Jurgen Klopp's side radar for such a long time after his impressive perfrmances for RB Leipzig. He has scored 30 goals and has provided 12 assists in 39 appearances for the Bundesliga side so far this campaign. If the club want to mess about in the transfer market and risk losing these kind of players to rival clubs, then it's only going to end in tears. Utd will splashing 100s of millions this summer to try and catch up. We need to be careful here.
