Eden Hazard sends ten-word message to Chelsea ahead of Champions League clash

Chelsea are set to welcome Real Madrid in the second-leg of the Champions League quarter-finals on Wednesday. The Blues played a 1-1 draw at Madrid and will be looking to securing a spot in the final. Ahead of the match Eden Hazard, who will face his former side again has posted a message to Chelsea. "Aiming for the big night, see you tomorrow my friends," he wrote on Instagram, alongside photos from pre-match training.
