"Easily, lad is a Rolls Royce"- Everton fans claim player will slot right after return

Plenty of Everton fans are sure that Andre Gomes will slot right into the squad when he make his comeback. The 26-year-old midfielder could make his return for the Toffees this weekend against Arsenal, since being ruled out in November after sustaining a fractured dislocation to his right ankle against Tottenham. Carlo Ancelotti stated this week that Gomes is “ready to play”, and that he now only needs to have a conversation with the player himself to ascertain whether he can put the 26-year old in. Ahead of Sunday’s clash, the Liverpool Echo posed a question on Twitter, asking Everton supporters how they think Gomes could fit into Ancelotti’s 4-4-2 system. And numerous Toffees fans have claimed that Gomes will “easily” slot straight back into the lineup once he is fit and raring to go.
