Golden State Warriors suffered another defeat as they lost 102-110 against Memphis Grizzlies on Monday.
After the game, Draymond Green spoke out on their head coach Steve Kerr claiming that this season is "completely different for him".
“It’s definitely a completely different experience in the way he’s had to manage and coach teams prior and this year,” said Green.
“With this year, in a sense, he’s a rookie. With someone who has the experience that he has in coaching, he’s a rookie when it comes to this, but I think he’s done an amazing job. We all continue to get better, but more importantly try to win games.”
“As a coach, he’s never been through this. He’s only won,” Green continued. “This is different for him as well, but I think he’s handled it really well. I understand with the circumstances, with such a young team, he’s continuing to lift guys up.”
During this season, the Warriors have suffered 20 defeats and celebrated just 5 victories.
