Diego Costa pays tribute to John Terry with hilarious social media post

Diego Costa and John Terry remain close friends though their ways separated in 2017. The Spain international joined Chelsea for a fee in the region of £32m shortly after the 2014 World Cup and went on to play a key role in bringing the Premier League title. Because of strained relationship with Antonio Conte, Costa returned to Atletico Madrid for 2017/18 season. However, relationship with Terry remained close. And when the former Chelsea captain announced his retirement Costa made a rather hilarious admission about the former defender in a social media post. The post reads: "Congrats on your fantastic and successful career. Thank you for all you’ve done for me during my years at Chelsea (although I couldn’t understand a single word you said to me). "I wish you all the best in this new chapter of your life. Thanks 'My Capitation' hahahaha."
