Declan Rice makes Chelsea transfer decision after returning to West Ham training

Declan Rice has been one of Chelsea's main targets for this summer. The West Ham player has reportedly not made any requests to leave the club. The 22-year-old was a Chelsea academy player and is best friends with the Blues' Mason Mount. The Hammers require £100million for Rice, which will probably make Chelsea forget about his transfer deal.
