Barcelona have made an "official proposal" for Manchester City defender Eric Garcia, through their CEO Oscar Grau, according to AS. The Blaugrana have made an offer of €10m for the centre-back, who is in his final year of contract at Etihad and has decided against signing an extension. Pep Guardiola’s side, however, are asking for a fee between €15m and €18m, which is lower than the €25m demanded earlier. The talks between the two clubs have excited the 19-year-old. He desires to return to Barcelona, three years after he left them for the Citizens. City chiefs Ferran Soriano and Txiki Begiristain are aware of it. For now, the Spain international is between €5m and €8m away from joining Ronald Koeman’s side.
