Chilwell, Aouar: How Manchester City could line up next season

Manchester City have huge spending power and that's why they are usually linked to a host of big-money signings when transfer time comes around.    However, their two-season European ban could affect their recruitment plans as not all players will agree to join the club, which will not compete in the Champions League until 2022. But despite that fact, Pep Guardiola still needs to rebuild his squad to compete with Liverpool.  City will have another problem next season as they need to keep their players alongside new signings.  Inter Milan's Milan Skriniar is reportedly City's top choice and they could splash as much as £80m on his signature having failed with a £55m bid last summer. Left-back has also been a problem area this season and Leicester City's Ben Chilwell appears to be a perfect fit for the position.  Lyon's Houssem Aouar is one of the names to have been mentioned as a David Silva replacement.  So here is how Manchester City could line-up next season.  Source: SportsMole
