Chelsea to make £130m bid after Roman Abramovich approval

Chelsea are reportedly submitting a £130million bid for Erling Haaland after getting approval from Roman Abramovich. The Blues have discussed multiple player-plus-cash options with Borussia Dortmund as they continue plans to lure the 21-year-old. According to Football Insider, the Champions League winners have now lined up a straight cash offer of £130m for Haaland. It's the highest Abramovich is willing to go for what would be a British-record deal. The Chelsea owner has vowed to bankroll a mega-money centre-forward move as he looks to build on last season’s Champions League triumph.
