Chelsea 'rule out' signing Ben Chilwell after Leicester's Harry Maguire demand

Chelsea have ended their interest in Ben Chilwell. The Blues were heavily linked with a move to sign Chilwell in January. However, Leicester City demanded £85million for the defender, using Harry Maguire's move to Manchester United as their reasoning. Chelsea have reportedly ended their interest in Chilwell and moved onto other targets, according to Spanish outlet SPORT. The reason for their decision to end their interest is apparently due to Leicester demanding £85m for the defender. Chelsea don't want to get drawn into a negotiation and therefore have simply withdrawn. Chilwell is under contract until 2024. Now, Chelsea are targeting Porto's Alex Telles and Getafe's Marc Cucurella. Source: Express
