Chelsea have finalised the signing of Derby youngster Dylan Williams after the left-back announced the deal on his Instagram.
The 18-year-old has made eight appearances so far for the Rams this season and was missing from their matchday squad for the Nottingham Forest loss in the Saturday lunch-time kick-off.

According to Derby's official website, Williams is cast from the same mould as Reece James and Ben Chilwell, being described as 'a versatile and explosive player'.
