Chelsea to battle London rivals for 19-year-old Brazilian

Chelsea have entered the race to sign Atletico Mineiro right-back Emerson, according to O Tempo. The defender is one of the hottest prospects in Brazil and two Premier League clubs are taking a close look at him. Arsenal are tracking the Brazilian, and London rivals could bid  £8million for the 19-year-old. Chelsea have a history of signing Brazilians and have the likes of David Luiz, Emerson Palmieri and Willian at the club. Another Samba man Kenedy is out on loan at Newcastle United.
