Champions League final referee confirmed ahead of Liverpool vs Tottenham clash

Liverpool and Tottenham will play against each other in the Champions League final, which is scheduled on June 1st at Wanda Metropolitano stadium, Madrid, Spain. The Reds beat Barcelona 4-3 on aggregate, while Tottenham beat Ajax 3-3 on aggregate and progressed to the final on away goals. Today it has been confirmed that the final will be officiated by Slovenian referee Damir Skomina. He has taken charge of four matches so far this season, including Liverpool's 1-0 win over Napoli at Anfield in the group stages.
