Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas is in talks with AC Milan over joining the Italian club when his contract at Stamford Bridge expires. According to Calciomercato.com, it seems like Milan boss Leonardo has had contacts with Fabregas intermediaries to explore the situation. AC Milan are eying Fabregas, but they still have to see how they can reduce Fabregas’ heavy wages as this remains to be seen. The Spaniard out of contract in the summer as it looks increasingly likely he'll be shown the exit door at Stamford Bridge.
