Everton FC striker Cenk Tosun says Carlo Ancelotti was first to call him after he got a horrible injury while playing for Crystal Palace on loan. The Turkihs international joined the Toffees in 2018 from Besiktas. He has so far scored 9 goals for the club. Everton sent him to Crystal Palace on loan terms, but he soon suffered an anterior cruciate ligament injury and returned to Merseyside. "Carlo Ancelotti was the first to call me after my injury at Crystal Palace.” Tosun told the Turkish media outlet Fanatik (cited by LiverpoolECHO) "He said how upset he was for me and that he hopes I make a full recovery as soon as possible. I thanked him." he added. It is yet uncertain whether Everton will keep the forward or sell him/send him to another loan. At this point, Premier League clubs are more concentrated on the restart of the season. The UK government has allowed individual training and hopes to resume the campaign in June. There are no transfer news on Tosun, but it is clear that the player wants to try his luck under Ancelotti.
