Bruno Fernandes responds to Robin Van Persie's comments on him

Bruno Fernandes has thanked Manchester United legend Robin van Persie for his comments on him. On Tuesday the Portuguese midfielder was awarded the Sir Matt Busby Player of the Year award for his second consecutive year. Van Persie used this opportunity to congratulate Fernandes on Twitter, writing: "Well deserved, what a player. Instant impact since the day he joined!" And the United playmaker responded: "Thank you legend!! Means a lot coming from you."
