Owen Hargreaves has compared Bruno Fernandes to Manchester City midfielder Kevin de Bruyne following Manchester United's victory in the Europa League.
After a hard march against FC Copenhagen in Cologne, the Red Devils have celebrated a 1 - 0 win over the Daish side, securing their place in Europa League semi-finals.
While Fernandes led his side to the victory due to his penalty shot, Hargreaves focused on the overall impact the Portuguese midfielder has on the team, comparing him to De Bruyne.
"If you’re hating on him, then you should go and watch a different sport," the former United player told BT Sport.
"I don’t think I’ve seen a player, other than Kevin De Bruyne, create as many opportunities in a game of football than him.
"All of the United players, as good as they are, they look to him. They get the ball to his feet."
