According to David Ornstein from BBC, Arsenal attempts to sign Yannick Ferreira-Carrasco or Ivan Perisic is over.
Gunners have been showing interest on both wingers, as Unai Emery was searching for a solution in midfield.
Arsenal have approached for a loan deal for both Carrasco and Perisic, but Ornstein says the fee proposed was ‘too low’ for Chinese club Dalian Yifang.
Inter, on the other hand, insisted that North London club should offer a permanent deal for Perisic, not a loan deal.
Arsenal, however, are still in talks to sign Christopher Nkunku from PSG after completing Denis Suarez switch from Barcelona.
