BREAKING: Europe’s top players could be banned from international football
FIFA president Gianni Infantino hints that Superleague will only harm best players of the world.
According to recent reports from Football Leaks, several European big clubs are planning to exit from UEFA and create their own Superleague.
“Either you are in or you are out,” Infantino said (via AP), listing the World Cup, European Championship and national leagues as competitions that players from breakaway teams could be excluded from. “This includes everything”.
11 clubs, including Manchester City, Manchester United, Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal, Bayern Munich, Juventus, Inter, PSG, Barcelona and Real Madrid are initiators of this idea.
